YOTTA
Yotta is both an online notebook and a dashboard to collect, organize and visualize disease data. Data visualization of this data enables us to run prediction algorithms on the data to deduce geographically customized disease trends. Yotta captures data, such as location data and health survey information, anonymized data points in a securely managed central data store, and includes both automated and expert data analysis, and customized outputs and feedback that lead to timely and targeted responses. Health facilities are the first level of users as Yotta helps these facilities to organize and automate their data, but the aggregate data is used by government, NGOs, researchers and pharmaceutical companies who are targeted as paying customers. Before our innovation hospitals were using manual paper-based malaria case record-keeping that had to be sent to the District Health Officer once a month for transcribing.

YOTTA MOBILE APP
Powered by machine learning algorithms and the beauty of template matching, the forms are automatically scanned of the data filled by the health practitioners and in real time logged into the yotta data repository. This process is secure and confidential to ascertain the fact that the privacy of the patients comes first. The mobile application operates by taking a photo of the book, scanning, and storing the data. The yotta mobile application is a cost reduction choice and all the while improving productivity.
YOTTA BOOK
We acknowledge that the journey to digitizing disease surveillance starts with supporting health practitioners through the process they are accustomed to so they can appreciate the power of technology in healthcare. With the yotta books, we have digitized the process of data collection at the point of care and are slowly mapping the daily MOH forms to a digital footprint. The books with the customised forms are filled in by the different cadres (including the patients’ demographic data, symptoms, and the kit used) at a health centre and using the yotta app, the data is stored as a step to achieving one of our main goals. The YOTTA book comprises required patient data that supports the diagnosis of malaria, and in future, many other diseases in our communities.
YOTTA DASHBOARD
The yotta dashboard is the visual presentation of performance measures, aligning strategies and organizational goals. This dashboard supports the quick identification of data outliers and correlations, measuring efficiencies and/or inefficiencies. With AI powered analytics, the data points are being aggregated for consumption by the different stakeholders i.e. health facilities, pharma companies, researchers, governments, civil society, insurance companies, health solutions developers and the general public.
